¶ What it measures
Pressure and temperature — see Pressure. Models GP-M001T, GP-M010T, GP-M025T, GP-M100T, GP-M250T, and GP-M400T; the range depends on the model.

¶ Notes
- Reports over-limit, under-limit, and system error bits separately from the reading: pressure over/under range, temperature over/under range, output overcurrent, EEPROM error and system error.
- Pressure units and resolution differ by model: the GP-M001T works in kPa (0.1 kPa steps), the others in MPa. Check the model before scaling a reading.
- Output 2 is either a second switch or the analog output, not both. Choose one in the settings before wiring pin 2.
- The output polarity (NPN or PNP) is a setting. Match it to the input it is wired to.
- Keyence warns not to write parameters over IO-Link while the sensor is initializing, as it may behave unexpectedly.
- Fit the adapter that matches the process port; the bare sensor has a G3/4 connection.
¶ Maintenance
- Zero the sensor. Vent the sensor to atmosphere and run the atmospheric pressure correction command over IO-Link. The correction can be reset the same way.
- Offset and span. A pressure offset correction and a temperature span correction are available if the reading needs trimming against a reference gauge.
- Check for spikes. The sensor holds peak and bottom values for both pressure and temperature; read them, then clear them after a check.
- Test the wiring. Test mode makes the sensor use a set test pressure and temperature value in place of the measurement, so the controller side can be checked without changing the line pressure. Turn test mode off afterwards.
- Key lock. The keys can be locked, with an optional password, to stop settings being changed at the sensor.
- Replacing a sensor. Settings are backed up by the IO-Link master’s data storage and restored when a new sensor of the same type is fitted.
