Inteliverse keeps accepting this controller’s credentials and then dropping the connection. The device record was probably deleted or disabled in the cloud.

The controller’s cloud token is no longer valid on the server, though it is accepted long enough to connect.
Only a real refusal from the cloud raises it (upcoming firmware). A connection that fails for a local reason — no internet, a timeout, the controller short of memory — retries and raises Cloud Failed (420) instead. Earlier firmware could count those as bad credentials, raise this alarm, and even wipe the token of a unit not yet added to an account.
Keeps controlling normally. The controller is not reporting to the cloud.
Re-provision the controller from Settings → Networking → Inteliverse → Menu → Re-provision. This clears its cloud ID; add it to your account again afterwards.
