Limits are set per reading on a Modbus probe’s Limits screen — low-low, low, high, and high-high, each switched on separately, with an optional hysteresis. This alarm is independent of any control mode: it watches the reading whether or not a mode uses it. The alarm names the device — in upcoming firmware, by the sensor’s name, such as Inhibitor Level Low — and the reading’s value is recorded with it.
Records the alarm. It does not stop anything by itself — to hold a mode off at this limit, add it as an interlock (Modbus probes, in upcoming firmware).
