The Intelifeeder Re-Pressurizer System (RPS) keeps a closed-loop heat exchange system at pressure. It senses process pressure and runs a feed pump from its own tank of glycol whenever pressure falls below a set point, stopping once it recovers.

Read Repressurizer Safety before installing or servicing the system. It works with pressurized piping, mains power, and process chemicals.
A complete, pre-wired package from Vector Industries, controlled through the Inteliverse platform:
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Stand | Welded, powder-coated carbon steel frame carrying the tank, pump, piping, and controller |
| Tank | 55-gallon polyethylene tank holding the fill fluid, with LOW and LOW LOW level floats |
| Pump | 3.5 GPM brass pump with a ½ HP motor |
| Controller | Reads system pressure and the tank level switches, and switches the pump |
| Piping | Suction ball valve, pressure gauge, relief valve, transducer tee, and a ¾" FNPT discharge |
It is made in the USA by Vector Industries, and suits closed-loop make-up and thermal fluid feed applications. See Specifications for the full details and the data sheet.
The controller compares measured pressure against two set points:
It will not feed from an empty tank or on a pressure reading it cannot trust, and it raises an alarm on either condition. See Operation.
Set-up and monitoring are done through the Inteliverse mobile app, and the web portal once the system is online. The controller itself has one button, for switching the pump between Hand, Off, and Auto, and one status light.
