Manuals, how-to guides, and reference material for Inteliverse products — the InteliHive controller, the Repressurizer glycol feeder, the Inteliverse platform that ties them together, and the Pulsafeeder equipment we support.
| What it is | Start here | |
|---|---|---|
| InteliHive Controller | The dosing and monitoring controller. Reads sensors, runs control loops, and drives pumps and valves. | Getting Started |
| Repressurizer | Glycol feeder for closed-loop hydronic systems — maintains system pressure and tracks what it adds. | Overview |
| Pulsafeeder | How-to guides for the MicroVision EX controller, PTSA probes, and the NextStep metering pump. | Guides |
| Applications | How cooling towers, boilers, and closed loops work, and what a treatment program asks of the controller. | Cooling Towers |
| Instrumentation | Probes, sensors, and output devices: how each kind works, and each model’s interface and ratings. | Equipment |
| Inteliverse Platform | The app. Remote monitoring, alerting, reporting, and configuration for equipment in the field. | Overview |
Setting up a new controller — work through Getting Started in order: mounting, wiring, first power-up, and confirming the LEDs read the way they should.
Connecting a sensor or pump — Devices explains the three connection types and how to choose between them. Supported Devices lists what is known to work and from which firmware version.
Automating a feed or bleed — Control Modes helps you choose between setpoint, timer, volume, and calendar control, and Interlocks keep them safe.
Something isn’t working — start with Troubleshooting: find the symptom, check the causes in order, follow the link to the fix.
Chasing an alarm — every alarm has a numeric code with its own page. Look it up in Error Codes, or see how to review and acknowledge alarms in Alarms.
Running something by hand or calibrating a probe — see Hand, Off, Auto and Calibration.
Working on live equipment — read Safety first. It covers isolation, electrical, pressure, chemical, and material-compatibility hazards for every part of the system, not just Inteliverse products. Controllers start pumps and open valves on their own, with no operator present.
How to Read This Wiki explains the colored boxes, how buttons and screen text are written, and what the firmware notes mean.
Pages are maintained in version control and published here automatically, so what you are reading matches a specific reviewed revision rather than whatever was last typed into a text box.
The InteliHive controller manual covers setup, devices, control modes, and every alarm code. The Inteliverse platform and Repressurizer sections are still being written.
